Sık sorulanlar

• Satın aldığım coinler gelmedi. Ödeme mağazada onaylandıktan sonra coinler sunucuda doğrulanıp hesabına eklenir; bağlantı yoksa uygulama bir sonraki açılışta yeniden dener. 24 saat içinde gelmezse Ayarlar → Bize yaz ile sipariş numaranı gönder.
• Telefonumu değiştirdim, ilerlemem nerede? İlerleme hesabına bağlıdır. Eski cihazda Google Play Oyunları (Android) ya da Game Center (iOS) hesabını bağladıysan yeni cihazda aynı hesapla giriş yap. Android ve iOS hesapları birbirinden ayrıdır.
• Hesabımı nasıl silerim? Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan hesap silme sayfası.
• Bir oyuncuyu bildirmek istiyorum. Düelloda rakibin adına dokun ya da maç sonunda Oyuncuyu bildir'i seç. Bildirimler 24 saat içinde incelenir.
• Uygunsuz bir reklam gördüm. Ayarlar → Reklam bildir.
• Bildirimleri kapatmak istiyorum. Ayarlar → Bildirimler ya da cihazın sistem ayarları. Oyun bildirimler olmadan da tam çalışır.

FAQ

• My purchased coins did not arrive. After the store confirms the payment, coins are verified on our server and added to your account; without a connection the app retries the next time it opens. If they have not arrived within 24 hours, send us your order number via Settings → Contact us.
• I changed phones. Where is my progress? Progress belongs to your account. If you linked Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) on the old device, sign in with the same account on the new one. Android and iOS accounts are separate.
• How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. If you cannot open the app, see the account deletion page.
• I want to report a player. Tap your opponent's name in a duel, or choose Report player after the match. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
• I saw an inappropriate ad. Settings → Report an ad.
• I want to turn off notifications. Settings → Notifications or your device's system settings. The game works fully without notifications.
